This form is open to any data principal, no account required. We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act, 2023. Identity verification may be requested by our grievance officer.

By submitting, you confirm the contact information is yours and that you have the right to make this request. We will verify identity via email or phone before actioning erasure requests.

SLA

  • Acknowledgement within 24 hours (working day).
  • Identity verification within 7 working days.
  • Action within 30 days of receipt, per DPDP Act.
  • Evidence of action retained for 24 months.

What we will not do

  • We will not charge a fee for access or erasure.
  • We will not deny erasure of regulated fields without specific cause in writing.
  • We will not retain personal data after erasure beyond what is legally required for evidence.
